Delete your account and data

Without an account there is nothing to delete

Jadwal works fully without signing in. If you never signed in, your tasks, ibadat and journal entries live on your device only. Uninstalling the app removes them completely.

With an account

If you signed in, your data is also stored in Firebase. There are two ways to have it deleted, and the first one is faster.

In the app

Open Profile → Account → Delete account. The sheet lists what goes and what stays, and asks you to type one word before the button works. What happens then is what this page describes: the app deletes your data first and your sign-in account after it, in that order.

By email

If you cannot reach the app, because the phone is gone or the app is uninstalled, write to us.

What gets deleted

• your sign-in account including the email address (Firebase Authentication)
• everything under your user id: tasks, goals, projects, categories, ibadat history, journal entries, settings

What does not get deleted

• The copy on your device. You remove that yourself by uninstalling the app. We cannot reach your device.
• Crash reports. They carry nothing that identifies you and therefore cannot be tied to an account. Firebase Crashlytics drops them after 90 days on its own.

How long it takes

We delete within 30 days of your message and confirm it by email. Usually it is faster.

First: take your data with you

Deleted is deleted, and there is no restore. If you want to keep your entries, export them in the app first, under Profile → Data management.
